Managing Partner

Ventsi is one of the founding partners at ROITI and has been serving as CEO ever since the inception of the company. Prior to founding ROITI, Ventsi worked 5 years for OpenLink in Berlin, Germany where he helped numerous clients on Endur implementation projects. His career in consulting within the energy sector started back in 2005 when he worked on a post-privatization restructuring project for a utility serving 1.1 mln customers in Bulgaria.

Managing Partner

Lyubo is one of the founding partners at ROITI and manages the finances of the company as CFO. Prior to finding ROITI, Lyubo worked on OpenLink Endur implementation projects for energy trading companies in Germany and the Scandinavian region. Prior to focusing on the energy market, Lyubomir worked as credit manager in one of Bulgaria‘s largest banks, where he was responsible for the management of the bank’s corporate clients credit portfolio. His career started on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, where he worked over 5 years as Senior Trade Expert, responsible for statistics reporting, official publications of the exchange and trading supervision.

Service Manager

Irena joined ROITI in 2020 as a Service Manager. She brought in versatile management competencies and valuable communications skills, coupled with extensive energy industry experience gained in power generation infrastructure construction and rehabilitation projects. She had also been working as an energy-sector expert for non-profit organizations for several years with a focus on regulation. Irena is a certified ITIL Managing Professional. She is passionate about implementing the ITIL framework’s best practices for the ongoing improvement of ROITI’s operation and support services towards continual value creation for our customers. 

Team Lead ETRM Solutions

Eroslav has been part of ROITI since 2016 and joined the company as one of the first technical experts. After managing the ETRM Dev Team for several years, as of 2024, Eroslav moved on to leading the ETRM Solutions Department. With more than 15 years of experience in Java, C#, .Net, SQL, and other technologies, Eroslav has been integral to growing ROITI’s technology know-how. Before joining ROITI, he worked for over 9 years as a technical expert on various ERP and CRM implementations within the pharma industry.

Team Lead Business Solutions

Konstantin joined ROITI after six years at RWE in Germany, where he worked in risk controlling and commodity accounting. He is currently managing our business solutions team and is one of the main business domain know-how capacities in the company. Konstantin has worked on projects, encompassing the entire value chain of an energy trading organization, on both wholesale and retail markets. He holds an MA focused on energy economics, environmental economics and controlling, production and industrial information management.

Team Lead Cloud Engineering

Georgi joined ROITI as a junior developer, after a short stay with an international technology company. His outstanding work attitude and profound technology knowledge helped him rise quickly through the ranks and reach his current position as team lead of ROITI’s cloud engineering team. Georgi also manages our partnership program with Microsoft and all Azure application subscriptions.

Team Lead Data Engineering

Niki joined ROITI in 2018, after finishing his double major in Computer Science and Economics from the American University in Bulgaria. His dedication to help business processes by allowing effective and efficient insight from data and his strong quantitative background led to his promotion as team lead of the data engineering team at ROITI. Nikola is very connected with his alma mater and gave a half-semester long course on the topic “Distributed Computing Using Apache Spark”.

Team Lead ETRM InterSys

Georgi joined ROITI right after graduating from AUBG with a double major in Economics and Business Administration and has been part of the company for over 4 years. Since then he has worked on various projects across the clients’ ETRM landscape ranging from trading interfaces, new product implementation and upgrade projects for some of the largest energy companies in Europe. Now he leads a team at ROITI focused on intersystem integration, implementation and optimization for trading, operations and back-office tools and platforms within the ERTM world while utilizing new technologies.

Team Lead ETRM IntraSys

Svetla did her Master’s degree in Accounting and Control at Sofia University, after doing her Bachelor’s in Construction Business and Entrepreneurship at the University in Economics in Varna. She has been with ROITI for more than 2 years. She gained experience across different Endur projects and service support duties. She is a good communicator and is proactively engaged in continuous improvement of the processes.

Team Lead Business Intelligence

Petar joined ROITI as a Junior BI Consultant in 2020 after obtaining a Master’s degree in Business Intelligence from Aarhus University, Denmark, with experience in DWH and BI solutions, and interests and academic knowledge in data science and trading. With his cultivated soft skills, business acumen and analytical thinking, he tailors approaches to develop cross-platform solutions and bridge the gap between Business and IT. Since joining, he has implemented a plethora of large-scale reporting solutions that have contributed to the overall solutions structure at ROITI. His diverse background and his deep knowledge of the topics he had encountered, make him a great fit for customer-facing Business Intelligence work.

Manager, Human Resources

Maria joined ROITI in 2018 after graduating from the American University in Bulgaria with a double major in Journalism and Mass Communications, and Politics and International Relations. In 2020 she also took a course in Human Resources, by the American University in Bulgaria as part of the EMBA program. She likes to research each new topic that arises and figure out the right approach that should be used at ROITI, after discussing it with the team. Maria is managing everything related to human resources at ROITI. She is responsible for the hiring and on-boarding process, preparation and execution of internal assessment surveys, and employee satisfaction levels, as well as organization of the yearly reviews.
